Winter Handicap
These 5k races take place on the second Wednesday of the
month from October-March with five races run (allowing for
one cancellation due to weather). The accurately measured
course is on well lit streets with few major road crossings.
'Coach' Bob provides the initial handicap times and these
are adjusted based on your performances. There are prizes
for:
• The first two teams
• The first three individuals
