Summer Handicap


To take part you must do at least 5 Parkruns from June-August. Your initial target time is based on your previous Parkruns, or last year's Winter Handicap and is adjusted after each race. The time for your 5th race won’t change so you can re-run it as often as you like, until the end of August, to try to improve your performance.

Points will be re-assessed after each race so the positions may change rapidly. It will be easier to tell how you are doing when more people have done 4 races. There are prizes for the first three individuals. View current positions.
